9:15 – 10:00am – Cycling w/ Steph
10:00 – 11:00am- Zumba w/ Jolene
*These will be the only group fitness classes offered on Memorial Day!

Valhalla Health & Fitness Club is teaming up with the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, & Nutrition in honor of National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. During the month of May, we challenge you to include 30 minutes of physical activity each day. Physical activity not only increases your chances of living longer, it also reduces your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and some types of cancer.
In an effort to help America “Get Fit”, Valhalla is opening it’s doors to the public and is offering 1 FREE week of fitness during the month of May. (Non-Members only, limit of 1 free week per person)
Join during the month of May and receive 1 FREE 60 minute personal training session. (new members only, 12 month membership required)
