Valhalla offers a variety of high-quality group exercise classes led by enthusiastic, certified instructors. From the moment you step inside our studio, you’ll learn why Valhalla has earned its reputation as being one of the friendliest gyms in the area with an approachable staff and a community-centered membership, all of whom encourage and lift up all of our participants. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, each class offers accommodations and options for all fitness levels to ensure you receive a fun, safe and effective workout to meet your fitness needs and goals.

In our our main Group X studio at Valhalla, we offer Silver Sneakers classes for retirees, several freestyle formats, and the latest in LesMills group exercise, including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYSTEP and CXWORX. In our Barre & Body studio, located a few minutes up the road at 3650 Perkiomen Ave., we offer several styles of yoga, pilates and barre classes. Our schedule changes quarterly, and our staff is constantly looking to bring you the latest in new and fresh ideas in fitness based on the latest trends and research.
