Jaret graduated from Exeter High School in 1999 where he played multiple sports. He attended Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and also played volleyball for two years for the team. Sports have always been a big part of his life and he has experience playing football, baseball, golf, and volleyball. Jaret has 3 years experience in personal training with accomplishments in client’s weight loss and sports specific training success.

Lisa was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated from the University of PA. Lisa specializes in pre/post natal, obesity for all ages, hormonal and menopausal conditions as well as rehab. Lisa has over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness field. She is a natural body builder and won the Ms. Allentown Top Physique competition as well as other natural body building competitions throughout PA.

Nadia was born and raised in Lyons, France. She relocated to Ohio and graduated from Bluffton High School. Nadia began as a college student in France but later moved back to Ohio to graduate from Stautzenburger College with a degree as a Travel Agent. Four years ago, she decided to make a career change and had a desire to be a personal trainer. Nadia is and has always been active in sports from skiing in the Alps to playing tennis, swimming, running and biking.
