Meet Yvonne McLaughlin -  Registered Dietitian

Yvonne McLaughlin Yvonne was born and raised in Lancaster County. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Education and a Minor in Individual and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University in State College. She attended Immaculata University in Malvern and received the Master of Arts in Nutrition Education. Yvonne has also received the Adult Weight Management Certificate through the American Dietetic Association. She has over 15 years of experience in the nutrition field. She specializes in weight management and is also knowledgeable to provide education for a multiple of disease states. She has always had passion in working with people to help them lead healthier lifestyles.

Meet Rachel Hudes – Registered Dietitian

Rachel was born in Elkins Park, PA and is currently living in Downingtown.  She discovered her passion for nutrition at Drexel University in Philadelphia, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science.  At Benedictine University in Lisle, IL she completed her Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness.  Her experience in the nutrition field ranges from promoting nutrition and providing cooking/nutrition classes, to counseling individuals of various ages and medical states.  She loves working with people and helping them to succeed in their personal nutrition and health goals.
