Jaret Crass

Jaret CrassJaret graduated from Exeter High School in 1999 where he played a variety of sports. He attended Penn State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. While at Penn State, he played volleyball for two years for the Nittany Lion’s team.
Athletics have always been a big part of his life. Jaret has experience playing football, baseball, golf, and volleyball. He has 3 years of coaching experience. Jaret has been Personal Training since 2004 and has had much success with accomplishments in clients’
weight loss and sports specific training.. He has experience in many modalities of training and enjoys helping his clients reach their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle!

Lisa Dugal

Lisa DugalLisa was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated from the University of PA. Lisa specializes in pre/post natal, obesity for all ages, hormonal and menopausal conditions as well as rehab. Lisa has over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness field. She is a natural body builder and won the Ms. Allentown Top Physique competition as well as other natural body building competitions throughout PA.

Kyle FultzKyle grew up in Douglassville, PA. He attended Twin Valley High School until 11th grade then transferred to Daniel Boone H.S. Kyle is a graduate from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He loves playing basketball and weight lifting.

Sarah Vecchio

Sarah VecchioSarah was born and raised in Lancaster County. She has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University in State College, where she instructed fitness classes for students and faculty on campus. As a former competitive gymnast for six years, Sarah has always been active and enjoys exercising. She has 7+ years experience as a personal trainer and confident in training all levels of fitness, including post rehab.

Erick Hardwick

Erik HardwickErick went to Nazareth Regional H.S. located in Canarsie-Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Albright College in 2002 with a B.S. in Accounting, and minor in Pre-Law. He also was a four-year point guard for the Albright Men’s Varsity Basketball Team. His interest in strength training evolved while on the Basketball Team at Albright. Beginning 2002, strength training officially became his hobby. Erick not only enjoys training himself but also helping others achieve their fitness goals. If you have identified your fitness goals, and are willing to put forth the effort to achieve those objectives, Erick is ready to motivate and train you so you achieve your objectives!

Nathan Taylor

Nathan TaylorNate graduated from Exeter H.S. He played football at Ursinus Collge, graduating with a Bachelor of Science. He then graduated from Arcadia University with a physical therapy degree. Nate has worked as a personal trainer for a variety of individuals from high level athletes to clients with chronic medical conditions. Nate also competed in body building while in college, taking first place in novice division at Mr. Natural Philadelphia competition. Now, continues to work a wide variety of clients/patients as a Dr. of Physical Therapy and Assistant Director of Human Performance for Commonwealth Orthopedic Associates.

After graduating from Twin Valley High School, Marilyne joined the United States Army where she fell in love with fitness. She has been involved in group fitness training for eight years. In 2003 Marilyne attended her Level One Mat Pilates Certification and has been hooked on the Pilates approach to fitness ever since having completing her Pilates Equipment Certification in 2012.

Elliot White

Elliott went to Bensalem High School, where he excelled in both basketball and football. He made 1st team All-County as a wide receiver and a Defensive Linebacker. In 2008, he began his career in arena football.  Elliott has enjoyed playing football for the New Jersey Revolution, Kentucky Horseman and our very own Berks County team, the Reading Express, which he had been a player on for two years. Currently, Elliott plays for the Lehigh Valley Seahawks as a running back and wide receiver. Being a dedicated athlete, Elliott is passionate about fitness and staying in shape. He enjoys training others to reach their goals and assisting his clients in improving their health.
