Our commitment to serious fitness is perhaps best represented by our approach to personalized training programs. We have assembled a team of the most qualified, experienced and motivated Certified Personal Trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. Reaching your fitness goals doesn’t have to be difficult. Whether you want to lose weight, tone, gain muscle mass or simply increase your flexibility, Valhalla’s personal trainers are here to create programs to guide you through your journey.
Upon joining Valhalla you will receive one complimentary session with a personal trainer. During this session our goal is to establish training regimes to help assist you attain your fitness goals. We may perform some fitness assessments and/or body composition assessments as determined by our goal setting session. We will also orient you with some of our equipment. To further your fitness experience we invite you to continue your regime with a personal trainer by purchasing a $25 PTA during which a full workout program will be developed and taught to you. Our goal is to give you the motivation, tools, and discipline to improve your overall physical conditioning.
