Sarah was born and raised in Lancaster County. She has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University in State College, where she instructed fitness classes for students and faculty on campus. As a former competitive gymnast for six years, Sarah has always been active and enjoys exercising. She has five years experience as a personal trainer and is confident in training all levels of fitness, including post rehab.
