  • $25 Program Design (PTA)- Get a complete workout to follow based on the info your trainer attains at your 1A
  • $129 Introductory Personal Training Package ($51 savings!)- three 60-minute sessions to further your fitness experience at a discounted price. Use these sessions to obtain different workout routines so you can add variety to your workout and avoid plateaus!
